If you are unable to attend due to unexpected military deployment or job relocation requiring geographic move, we will work with you to provide a fair resolution, which may include full refund, transfer, or extended credit.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.
Credit card processing fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable. Where applicable, these fees will be deducted from refund amounts.

Events proceed as scheduled except in cases of severe weather that force venue closure or create unsafe conditions. Individual decisions not to attend due to weather do not qualify for refunds unless we officially cancel the event.
We are not responsible for refunding registration fees due to travel disruptions (flight cancellations, transportation strikes, etc.). We recommend purchasing travel insurance for expensive or long-distance travel to our events.
Refund requests and related communications are subject to our Privacy Policy. We retain refund records for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Your payment information is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
